Atithi-prāpti and the Brāhmaṇa’s Deliberation on Triadic Dharma (अतिथिप्राप्तिः धर्मत्रयविचारश्च)

शिष्याणां वचन श्रुत्वा सर्वाज्ञानतमोनुद: । पराशरसुत: श्रीमान्‌ व्यासो वाक्यमथाब्रवीत्‌,अपने शिष्योंका संशययुक्त वचन सुनकर सबके अज्ञानान्धकारका निवारण करनेवाले पराशरनन्दन श्रीमान्‌ व्यासजीने यह बात कही--

śiṣyāṇāṃ vacanaṃ śrutvā sarvajñānatamonudaḥ | parāśarasutaḥ śrīmān vyāso vākyam athābravīt ||

Mendengar kata-kata para murid yang sarat keraguan, Vyāsa yang mulia—putera Parāśara, penghalau kegelapan kejahilan—lalu bersabda, hendak meleraikan kekusutan mereka dan menyingkap perkara itu dalam cahaya pengertian yang benar.
