स एवं भगवांस्तत्र पूज्यमान: सुरपिभि: । देवैश्व सुमहातेजा महादेवो व्यतिष्ठत
sa evaṁ bhagavāṁs tatra pūjyamānaḥ surarṣibhiḥ | devaiś ca sumahātejā mahādevo vyatiṣṭhata ||
Demikianlah, di tempat itu, Tuhan Yang Diberkati—Mahadeva, yang memiliki sinar keagungan amat besar—berdiri hadir, dimuliakan sewajarnya oleh para resi ilahi dan para dewa.
भीष्म उवाच
The verse highlights the dharmic principle that the highest authority is honored through reverence and recognition of spiritual greatness; even gods and divine seers offer worship to Mahādeva, indicating that true supremacy is aligned with sanctity and merit rather than mere power.
Bhīṣma describes Mahādeva standing there in radiant majesty while being honored by the devas and the suraṛṣis, portraying a formal scene of divine veneration and the establishment of Śiva’s revered presence.
