Kapila and Syūmaraśmi on Renunciation, Householder Support, and Epistemic Authority
उपप्त्त्या हि सम्पन्नो यतिभिश्ैव सेव्यते । सततं धर्मशीलैश्व निपुणेनोपलक्षित:,यही युक्तिसंगत है, यति भी इसीका सेवन करते हैं तथा धर्मात्मा मनुष्य अच्छी तरह विचारकर सदा इसी धर्मका अनुष्ठान करते हैं
upapttyā hi sampanno yatibhiś caiva sevyate | satataṃ dharmaśīlaiś ca nipuṇenopalakṣitaḥ ||
Dharma ini berasaskan hujah yang kukuh dan diamalkan juga oleh para yati. Orang yang teguh dalam kebenaran, setelah menimbang dengan cermat, sentiasa melaksanakan dan hidup menurut jalan inilah.
