योग–सांख्यसमन्वयः, रथोपमा, व्यक्त–अव्यक्तविवेकः

आकाशे ददृशे ज्योतिरुद्यतार्चि:समप्रभम्‌ । तयो: समीप त॑ प्राप्तं॑ प्रत्यदुश्यत भारत,उदित होते हुए सूर्यके पास ही आकाशमें उन्हें द्वितीय सूर्यके समान एक दिव्य ज्योति दिखायी दी, जो प्रज्वलित अग्निशिखाके समान प्रकाशित हो रही थी। भारत! वह ज्योति क्रमश: उन दोनोंके समीप आती दिखायी दी

ākāśe dadṛśe jyotir udyatārciḥ-samaprabham | tayoḥ samīpaṃ tat prāptaṃ pratyadṛśyata bhārata ||

Bhishma berkata: Di langit tampak suatu cahaya bersinar, menyala dengan gemilang seperti nyala api yang sedang menjulang. Wahai Bharata, ia kelihatan menghampiri mereka berdua, seolah-olah matahari kedua mendekati matahari yang baru terbit—suatu keagungan ilahi yang menggetarkan, datang setapak demi setapak.
