Treasury Formation and Fine-Grained Ethics
तस्मात् संजनयेत् कोशं सत्कृत्य परिपालयेत् । परिपाल्यानुतनुयादेष धर्म: सनातन:
tasmāt sañjanayet kośaṃ satkṛtya paripālayet | paripālyānutanuyād eṣa dharmaḥ sanātanaḥ ||
Oleh itu, seorang raja hendaklah mengumpulkan perbendaharaan; setelah dihimpun, hendaklah dijaga dengan penuh hormat dan pentadbiran yang cermat. Setelah dipelihara, hendaklah ditambah lagi secara berterusan, berulang kali. Inilah kewajipan purba, turun-temurun bagi pemerintahan raja.
