भीष्मे शान्तनवे नाथे कर्णे शस्त्रभृतां वरे

bhīṣme śāntanave nāthe karṇe śastrabhṛtāṃ vare

Sañjaya berkata: “Tatkala Bhīṣma, putera Śāntanu, pelindung yang agung, dan tatkala Karṇa, yang terunggul antara para pemegang senjata, (hadir/diangkat sebagai pemimpin)…”
