Duryodhana’s Post-Duel Lament and Instructions (भग्नसक्थस्य विलापः)

त॑ रथं यादवश्रेष्ठ;: समारुहु परंतप:

taṁ rathaṁ yādavaśreṣṭhaḥ samāruhya parantapaḥ

Vaiśampāyana berkata: Kemudian yang terunggul antara kaum Yādava menaiki kereta itu, sementara si pembakar musuh bersiap untuk mara—suatu gambaran tindakan yang teguh di bawah beban moral perang, apabila kewajipan digerakkan oleh kesiapsiagaan berdisiplin, bukan oleh keraguan.
