कार्त्तिकेयाभिषेकः — Consecration of Kārttikeya and the Enumeration of His Retinue

उस दिव्य सुवर्णमय प्रदेशमें सरकण्डोंके समूहपर स्थित हुआ वह कान्तिमान्‌ बालक निरन्तर गन्धर्वों एवं मुनियोंके मुखसे अपनी स्तुति सुनता हुआ सो रहा था ।। तथैतमन्वनृत्यन्त देवकन्या: सहस्रश: । दिव्यवादित्रनृत्यज्ञा: स्तुवन्त्यश्षारुदर्शना:,तदनन्तर दिव्य वाद्य और नृत्यकी कला जाननेवाली सहस्रों सुन्दरी देवकन्याएँ उस कुमारकी स्तुति करती हुई उसके समीप नृत्य करने लगीं

tathaivaitam anv anṛtyanta devakanyāḥ sahasraśaḥ | divyavāditranṛtyajñāḥ stuvantyaś cārudarśanāḥ ||

Di wilayah ilahi yang keemasan itu, sang putera yang bercahaya berbaring di atas gugusan sarakaṇḍa, sambil tanpa henti mendengar pujian tentang dirinya dari mulut para Gandharva dan para resi. Sesudah itu, ribuan bidadari yang jelita—mahir dalam alat muzik ilahi dan seni tari—mulai menari di sekelilingnya sambil memuji sang putera muda itu.
