Kapālamocana-tīrtha (Auśanasa) and Balarāma’s Sarasvatī Pilgrimage
जगुश्न तत्र गन्धर्वा ननृतुश्चाप्सरोगणा: । वादित्राणि च दिव्यानि वादयामासुरञण्जसा,उस यज्ञमें गन्धर्व गीत गाते और अप्सराएँ नृत्य करती थीं। वहाँ दिव्य बाजे बजाये जा रहे थे
jaguś ca tatra gandharvā nanṛtuś cāpsarogaṇāḥ | vāditrāṇi ca divyāni vādayāmāsur añjasā ||
Vaiśampāyana berkata: Dalam upacara korban itu, para Gandharva menyanyi, dan rombongan Apsara menari. Alat-alat muzik ilahi dimainkan dengan mudah sekali, menambah kesucian serta suasana bertuah pada upacara tersebut.
वैशम्पायन उवाच
The verse underscores the traditional idea that a properly conducted yajña generates harmony and auspiciousness, drawing refined speech, music, and orderly celebration—symbols of sacred order (ṛta) and communal well-being.
Vaiśampāyana describes the atmosphere at a yajña: Gandharvas provide song, Apsarases perform dance, and divine instruments resound smoothly, portraying a ceremonially elevated, otherworldly celebration.
