Educational Q&A

The verse highlights the ethical-religious idea that sustained ritual discipline (a long satra) and the power of a tīrtha naturally attract sages; such gatherings become hubs for preserving and teaching dharma through shared remembrance and discourse.

After the completion of a twelve-year sacrificial session at Naimiṣa, many sages arrive there because it is a revered pilgrimage site, setting the stage for continued sacred conversation and the unfolding of the account.
