द्वैपायनह्रदे दुर्योधनान्वेषणम् / The Search for Duryodhana at Dvaipāyana Lake

तस्मिंस्तथा वर्तमाने विद्रवे भूशदारुणे । युयुत्सु: शोकसम्मूढ: प्राप्तकालमचिन्तयत्‌,जब इस प्रकार अति भयंकर भगदड़ मची हुई थी, उस समय युयुत्सु शोकसे मूर्च्छित हो मन-ही-मन समयोचित कर्तव्यका विचार करने लगा--

tasmiṁs tathā vartamāne vidrave bhūśa-dāruṇe | yuyutsuḥ śoka-sammūḍhaḥ prāpta-kālam acintayat ||

Sañjaya berkata: Ketika kekacauan pelarian yang amat mengerikan itu sedang berlaku, Yuyutsu—terpinga-pinga kerana dukacita—mula merenung dalam hati akan dharma, yakni kewajipan yang dituntut oleh saat itu.
