Adhyāya 32: Rājasūya-Dīkṣā and Appointment of Court Offices (राजसूयदीक्षा तथा अधिकारविनियोगः)
पुनश्न परिवृत्याथ पुष्करारण्यवासिन:
punaś ca parivṛtyātha puṣkarāraṇyavāsinaḥ
Vaiśampāyana berkata: Kemudian, setelah berpaling kembali sekali lagi, para penghuni rimba Puṣkara pun meneruskan perjalanan mereka menurut arah yang telah mereka putuskan.
वैशम्पायन उवाच
The verse highlights a moment of deliberate reversal—an intentional turning back—suggesting that choices can be revisited and corrected; ethical action often involves reassessing one’s direction when circumstances or understanding change.
The narrator marks a transition: certain people associated with the Puṣkara forest are described as turning back again, indicating a return or change of route before the story proceeds to the next development.
