Yudhiṣṭhira’s Reproach to Dhanaṃjaya

Educational Q&A

In the turmoil of battle, unity and right conduct are sustained by confidence in a steadfast, dharma-aligned leader; when the guide moves, allies align their actions to preserve order and purpose.

Sañjaya reports that, believing the king had departed, the allied forces—Cedis, Pāṇḍavas, Pāñcālas, and Sātyaki with other elite warriors—followed Kṛṣṇa (Acyuta), indicating a coordinated movement of the Pāṇḍava side under his lead.
