कर्णेन युधिष्ठिरानीकविदारणम् / Karṇa’s Breach of Yudhiṣṭhira’s Battle-Line
बभाषे च तदा स्थाणुमारोहेति सुरोत्तम: | तत्पश्चात् वायुके समान तीव्रगतिवाले उन घोड़ोंको उठाकर सुरश्रेष्ठ भगवान् ब्रह्माने महादेवजीसे कहा--'अब आप रथपर आरूढ़ होइये'
babhāṣe ca tadā sthāṇum āroheti surottamaḥ | tatpaścāt vāyukesamānān tīvragativataḥ aśvān utthāpya suraśreṣṭho bhagavān brahmā mahādevam uvāca—“idānīṃ tvaṃ ratham āroha” ||
Lalu yang terunggul antara para dewa bersabda: “Wahai Sthāṇu (Śiva), naiklah (ke kereta).” Sesudah itu, Brahmā—yang terbaik dalam kalangan makhluk surgawi—setelah mengangkat dan menyiapkan kuda-kuda yang sepantas angin itu, berkata kepada Mahādeva: “Sekarang, naiklah ke kereta.”
