Yudhiṣṭhira’s Charge to Sātyaki amid Droṇa’s Onslaught
The verse highlights the gravity of ethical counsel: in a public assembly, a righteous king’s question receives a measured, authoritative response from Kṛṣṇa, whose deep, steady voice symbolizes composure and moral weight amid crisis.
After Yudhiṣṭhira speaks in the court/assembly, Kṛṣṇa—addressed by the epithet Puṇḍarīkākṣa—begins his reply, described as resonant like a rain-cloud, signaling the start of significant guidance or instruction.
