त्रि:सप्तकृत्व: पृथिवीं कृत्वा नि:क्षत्रियां प्रभु: इष्ट्वा क्रतुशतैर्वीरो ब्राह्मणेभ्यो हुमन्यत

Nārada berkata: “Sang penguasa yang perkasa itu menjadikan bumi ini tanpa Kṣatriya, tiga kali tujuh kali (dua puluh satu kali) berulang. Setelah melaksanakan ratusan korban suci, wira itu menyerahkan bumi ini ke bawah hak dan wewenang para Brāhmaṇa.”
