तथा द्वादश साहस्रा: पञ्चालानां महारथा:

tathā dvādaśa sāhasrāḥ pañcālānāṃ mahārathāḥ

Sañjaya berkata: Demikian juga, dalam kalangan Pāñcāla terdapat dua belas ribu maharatha—pahlawan kereta perang agung—suatu kekuatan yang amat besar, dihitung dan dilaporkan di tengah pembantaian perang yang sedang mengganas.
