taṁ hataṁ saṁyuge kaścid asmai śaṁsatu mānavaḥ |
Sanjaya berkata: “Biarlah seorang pergi melaporkan kepadanya bahawa Aśvatthāmā telah terbunuh dalam pertempuran. Aku yakin, sebaik sahaja dia mendengar Aśvatthāmā sudah mati, dia tidak akan mampu meneruskan perang ini lagi.”
