अध्याय १४६ — निशायां सात्यकिदुर्योधनयुद्धम् / Chapter 146 — Night Battle: Sātyaki and Duryodhana; Śakuni’s Encirclement of Arjuna
एतत् ते सर्वमाख्यातं यत्र ते संशय: प्रभो । कुरुराज नरश्रेष्ठ तव व्यपनयो महान्,प्रभो! जहाँ आपको संदेह था, वह सब मैंने अच्छी तरह बता दिया है। कुरुराज नरश्रेष्ठस इस युद्धको चालू करनेमें आपका महान् अन्याय ही कारण है
etat te sarvam ākhyātaṃ yatra te saṃśayaḥ prabho | kururāja naraśreṣṭha tava vyapanayo mahān prabho ||
Sañjaya berkata: “Wahai tuanku, telah aku jelaskan kepadamu dengan sempurna segala-galanya tepat pada tempat timbulnya keraguanmu. Wahai raja kaum Kuru, insan terbaik—kesalahan besar tuankulah yang menjadi sebab penentu yang menggerakkan perang ini.”
