Five Elements, Sensory Qualities, and a Cosmographic Island
समन्वितानि भूतानि तेषु वर्षेषु भारत । एवमेषा महाराज पर्वतैः पृथिवी चिता
saṁanvitāni bhūtāni teṣu varṣeṣu bhārata | evam eṣā mahārāja parvataiḥ pṛthivī citā ||
Sañjaya berkata: “Wahai Bhārata, makhluk-makhluk yang mendiami wilayah-wilayah itu hidup dalam pergaulan dan keharmonian sesama mereka. Wahai raja agung, demikianlah seluruh bumi ini seakan-akan ditegakkan dan tersusun kukuh oleh gunung-ganang.”
