Educational Q&A

Spiritual effort is not wasted: one who has advanced in yoga but not reached completion gains a highly supportive rebirth—specifically among wise yogins—yet such an opportunity is rare, underscoring the value of sustained discipline and detachment.

In the dialogue context, the speaker explains the post-mortem destiny of a yoga practitioner who falls short of final attainment, distinguishing a special, higher outcome: rebirth in a lineage of discerning yogins, where conditions favor resuming and completing the practice.
