दस हजार वेगवान् हाथियोंकी सेना साथ लेकर मगधराज उपर्युक्त रथसेनाके पीछे- पीछे चल रहे थे ।।
Raja Magadha membawa bersama pasukan sepuluh ribu gajah yang tangkas, bergerak rapat di belakang pasukan kereta perang yang disebut tadi. Dalam bala tentera yang besar itu terdapat enam puluh juta askar yang ditugaskan melindungi roda kereta perang dan kaki-kaki gajah.
