Subhadrā’s Petition to Kṛṣṇa for the Revival of Parīkṣit (अभिमन्युज-प्राणरक्षा-प्रार्थना)
तास्त्वां वयं प्रणम्यपेह याचामो मधुसूदन । कुलस्यास्य हितार्थ तं कुरु कल्याणमुत्तमम्
tās tvāṁ vayaṁ praṇamyāpeha yācāmo madhusūdana | kulasyāsya hitārthaṁ taṁ kuru kalyāṇam uttamam ||
Vaiśampāyana berkata: “Wahai Madhusūdana, kami semua menunduk sujud di hadapanmu di sini dan memohon—lakukanlah kebajikan yang tertinggi bagi keturunan ini. Demi kesejahteraan keluarga Kuru, hidupkanlah kembali anak itu dan tegakkanlah kebajikan serta keselamatan yang paling utama baginya.”
