वैशम्पायन उवाच
Even amid loss and the transition toward a life of withdrawal, dharma is sustained through composure, mutual support, and respectful conduct; the royal women embody endurance and shared responsibility in suffering.
The principal women—Gāndhārī, Kuntī, Draupadī, and Subhadrā—along with other women, gather and sit together nearby, marking a communal moment within the Ashramavāsika setting.
