गोशकृन्माहात्म्य-प्रश्नः (On the Merit of Cow-Dung and the Abode of Śrī) / Inquiry into the Sanctity of Cow-Dung

एवं रात्रौ दिवा चापि समेषु विषमेषु च । महाभयेषु च नर: कीर्तयन्‌ मुच्यते भयात्‌

evaṁ rātrau divā cāpi sameṣu viṣameṣu ca | mahābhayeṣu ca naraḥ kīrtayan mucyate bhayāt ||

Bhishma berkata: “Sama ada pada malam atau siang, dalam keadaan senang atau susah, bahkan ketika berhadapan dengan ketakutan yang besar, sesiapa yang terus memuji dan melafazkan nama Gomātā (Ibu Lembu yang suci) akan terlepas daripada rasa takut.”
