इयं शय्या भगवतो यथाकाममिहोष्यताम्‌ । प्रयतिष्यावहे प्रीतिमाहर्तु ते तपोधन

Transliteration

bhīṣma uvāca | iyaṁ śayyā bhagavato yathākāmam ihoṣyatām | prayatiṣyāvahe prītim āhartu te tapodhana |

Translation

Bhishma berkata: “Pembaringan ini telah disediakan untuk yang mulia. Tinggallah di sini menurut kehendak tuan dan beristirahatlah dengan tenteram. Kami akan berusaha sedaya upaya untuk mendatangkan kepuasan kepada tuan, wahai pertapa yang kaya dengan tapa.”
