नानावृत्तेषु भूतेषु नानाकर्मरतेषु च । जन्मवृत्तसमं लोके सुश्लिष्टं न विरज्यते
Translation
Bhishma berkata: Makhluk di dunia ini menempuh pelbagai cara hidup dan tekun dalam pelbagai pekerjaan; maka tiada sesuatu yang begitu rapat dan nyata menyingkap rahsia kelahiran selain daripada tingkah laku dan kebiasaan seseorang.
