एतन्मे संशयं देव मुनिधर्मकृतं विभो । सर्वरधर्मार्थतत्त्वज्ञ देवदेव वदस्व मे । निखिलेन मया पृष्टं महादेव यथातथम्‌

etan me saṁśayaṁ deva munidharmakṛtaṁ vibho | sarvadharmārthatattvajña devadeva vadasva me | nikhilena mayā pṛṣṭaṁ mahādeva yathātatham ||

Wahai Tuhan, keraguanku ini menyangkut dharma yang diamalkan para muni. Wahai Yang Maha Meliputi, wahai Dewa segala dewa, engkau yang mengetahui hakikat dan tujuan setiap bentuk dharma—beritahulah aku. Wahai Mahadeva, aku telah bertanya dengan lengkap; maka jelaskanlah kepadaku sepenuhnya dan tepat sebagaimana adanya.
