Ādi-parva Adhyāya 33: Vāsuki’s Council on Averting the Sarpa-satra
सचक्र क्षुरपर्यन्तमपश्यदमृतान्तिके । परिभ्रमन्तमनिशं तीक्ष्णधारमयस्मयम्
śaunaka uvāca |
sacakra kṣuraparyantam apaśyad amṛtāntike |
paribhramantam aniśaṃ tīkṣṇadhāram ayasmayam ||
Dekat amṛta, dia melihat sebuah roda besi yang berputar. Pada kelilingnya terpasang bilah-bilah seperti pisau cukur. Roda itu berpusing tanpa henti, dan tepinya amat tajam.
