Vāraṇāvata-vivāsana-nīti: Dhṛtarāṣṭra and Duryodhana’s Policy Dialogue
शास्त्रतः पूजितश्वैव सम्यक् तेन महात्मना । स भीष्मेण महाभागस्तुष्टो5स्त्रविदुषां वर:,अस्त्र-विद्याके दिद्दानोंमें श्रेष्ठ महाभाग द्रोण महात्मा भीष्मके द्वारा शास्त्रविधिसे भलीभाँति पूजित होनेपर बहुत संतुष्ट हुए
Vaiśampāyana uvāca: śāstrataḥ pūjitaś caiva samyak tena mahātmanā | sa Bhīṣmeṇa mahābhāgas tuṣṭo 'straviduṣāṃ varaḥ ||
Vaiśampāyana berkata: Setelah dihormati sepenuhnya menurut ketetapan śāstra oleh insan berhati luhur itu, Droṇa yang mulia—terunggul antara para ahli ilmu senjata—menjadi amat berkenan terhadap Bhīṣma.
