गीतमाधुर्यसम्पन्नौ विख्यातौ च हहाहुहू । इत्येते देवगन्धर्वा जग्मुस्तत्र नराधिप
gītamādhurya-sampannau vikhyātau ca hahā-huhū | ity ete deva-gandharvā jagmus tatra narādhipa ||
Vaiśampāyana berkata: Wahai Raja, Gandharva yang termasyhur, Hāhā dan Hūhū—yang dikurniai kemanisan nyanyian—bersama Gandharva ilahi yang lain itu, telah datang ke sana.
वैशम्पायन उवाच
The verse highlights the cultural-ethical ideal that refined arts (especially truthful, harmonious speech and song) are esteemed in sacred and royal settings; the presence of renowned Gandharvas signals auspiciousness and the honoring of excellence.
Vaiśampāyana informs the king that celebrated celestial Gandharvas—especially Hahā and Huhū, famed for melodious singing—arrived at the location, implying a gathering or event attended by divine performers.
