Shloka 67

ध्यानयज्ञः, संसार-विष-निरूपणम्, पाशुपतयोगः, परा-अपरा विद्या, चतुर्वस्था-विचारः (अध्यायः ८६)

सुषुप्तं हृदयस्थं तु तुरीयं मूर्धनि स्थितम् जाग्रे ब्रह्मा च विष्णुश् च स्वप्ने चैव यथाक्रमात्

suṣuptaṃ hṛdayasthaṃ tu turīyaṃ mūrdhani sthitam jāgre brahmā ca viṣṇuś ca svapne caiva yathākramāt

Tidur lena (suṣupti) bersemayam di hati, sedangkan Yang Keempat (turīya) tegak di ubun-ubun. Dalam keadaan jaga hadir Brahmā dan Viṣṇu; dan dalam mimpi juga—menurut tertibnya—sesuai dengan fungsi masing-masing.
