हृदयस्यास्य मध्ये तु पुण्डरीकमवस्थितम् धर्मकन्दसमुद्भूतं ज्ञाननालं सुशोभनम्

hṛdayasyāsya madhye tu puṇḍarīkamavasthitam dharmakandasamudbhūtaṃ jñānanālaṃ suśobhanam

Di tengah-tengah hati ini terdapat sekuntum teratai. Ia lahir daripada umbi-akar dharma, dan tangkainya yang berseri indah ialah jñāna, pengetahuan suci—bersinar elok (sebagai sandaran batin untuk merenung Pati, Śiva).
