ध्यानयज्ञः, संसार-विष-निरूपणम्, पाशुपतयोगः, परा-अपरा विद्या, चतुर्वस्था-विचारः (अध्यायः ८६)
पीतं रक्तं सितं विद्युत् कोटिकोटिसमप्रभम् अथवा ब्रह्मरन्ध्रस्थं चित्तं कृत्वा प्रयत्नतः
pītaṃ raktaṃ sitaṃ vidyut koṭikoṭisamaprabham athavā brahmarandhrasthaṃ cittaṃ kṛtvā prayatnataḥ
Dengan usaha yang berdisiplin, hendaklah menambat minda pada cahaya batin—kuning, merah, atau putih—bersinar laksana gemerlap jutaan demi jutaan kilat; atau menegakkan kesedaran pada Brahmarandhra di ubun-ubun. Dengan ketunggalan tumpuan yoga ini, paśu (jiwa terikat) dituntun menuju Pati, Śiva, Sang Penguasa.
