शैलं वा दारुजं वापि मृन्मयं वा सवेदिकम् सर्वगन्धमयं वापि क्षणिकं परिकल्पयेत्
śailaṃ vā dārujaṃ vāpi mṛnmayaṃ vā savedikam sarvagandhamayaṃ vāpi kṣaṇikaṃ parikalpayet
Hendaklah seseorang membentuk Liṅga yang layak dipuja, walaupun hanya sementara—daripada batu, atau kayu, atau tanah liat, dengan tapak altar; atau dijadikan harum dengan segala jenis wangian—menurut apa yang ada padanya.
