Shloka 108

Adhyaya 8: Yogasthanas, Ashtanga Yoga, Pranayama-Siddhi, and Shiva-Dhyana leading to Samadhi

मनस्येवं महादेवं हृत्पद्मे वापि चिन्तयेत् नाभौ सदाशिवं चापि सर्वदेवात्मकं विभुम्

manasyevaṃ mahādevaṃ hṛtpadme vāpi cintayet nābhau sadāśivaṃ cāpi sarvadevātmakaṃ vibhum

Maka hendaklah seseorang merenung Mahādeva di dalam minda, atau bermeditasi kepada-Nya di teratai hati; dan demikian juga hendaklah merenung Sadāśiva di pusat (navel)—Dialah Vibhū, Tuhan yang meliputi segalanya, yang merangkum hakikat semua dewa.
