Adhyaya 71: पुरत्रयवृत्तान्तः—ब्रह्मवरदानम्, मयकृतत्रिपुर-निर्माणम्, विष्णुमाया-धर्मविघ्नः, शिवस्तुति, त्रिपुरदाहोपक्रमः
देवकार्यं करिष्यामि प्रसादात्परमेष्ठिनः पापं विचारतो नास्ति धर्मिष्ठानां न संशयः
devakāryaṃ kariṣyāmi prasādātparameṣṭhinaḥ pāpaṃ vicārato nāsti dharmiṣṭhānāṃ na saṃśayaḥ
“Dengan rahmat Parameṣṭhin (Tuhan Yang Tertinggi), aku akan menyempurnakan tugas para dewa. Bagi mereka yang teguh dalam dharma, apabila diteliti menurut kebenaran, tiada dosa timbul—tiada keraguan tentangnya.”

It frames righteous action (deva-kārya) as effective and untainted when performed under the Lord’s prasāda—an inner principle behind Linga-pūjā where devotion and divine grace purify karma.
By calling the Highest principle “Parameṣṭhin” whose grace authorizes and sanctifies action, it points to Pati (the Lord) as the supreme governor of karma who can dissolve pāpa for the dharmic pashu through prasāda.
The key practice is dharmic action done with discernment (vicāra) and reliance on divine grace—aligned with Pāśupata discipline where intention, purity, and surrender reduce pasha (bondage).
