यदुवंश-प्रवचनम्: हैहय-क्रोष्टु-वंशविस्तारः (कृतवीर्यार्जुनादि, ज्यामघ-विदर्भ-शात्वत-पर्यन्तम्)

शशबिन्दुस् तु वै राजा अन्वयाद् व्रतम् उत्तमम् चक्रवर्ती महासत्त्वो महावीर्यो बहुप्रजाः

śaśabindus tu vai rājā anvayād vratam uttamam cakravartī mahāsattvo mahāvīryo bahuprajāḥ

Sesungguhnya Raja Śaśabindu menegakkan vrata yang tertinggi secara turun-temurun tanpa terputus. Sebagai cakravartin, baginda berhati besar dan gagah perkasa, serta memiliki zuriat yang ramai—teladan pemerintahan berdisiplin yang selaras dengan dharma dalam khidmat kepada Pati (Śiva).
