Surya and Related Abhisheka/ Cosmological Determinations

नादेयीश्चैव सामुद्रीः कूपाश्चैव तथा घनाः स्थावरा जङ्गमाश्चैव वापीकुल्यादिका अपः

nādeyīścaiva sāmudrīḥ kūpāścaiva tathā ghanāḥ sthāvarā jaṅgamāścaiva vāpīkulyādikā apaḥ

Air itu beraneka jenis: yang lahir dari sungai dan dari lautan, yang ditimba dari perigi dan yang terkumpul daripada hujan; ada yang tenang dan ada yang mengalir—seperti air kolam, terusan, dan seumpamanya. Air-air ini hendaklah difahami sebagai medium yang layak untuk upacara penyucian dan untuk persembahan dalam pemujaan Śiva.
