उत्तरासु च वीथीषु व्यन्तरास्तमनोदयौ पौर्णिमावास्ययोर् ज्ञेयौ ज्योतिश्चक्रानुवर्तिनौ
uttarāsu ca vīthīṣu vyantarāstamanodayau paurṇimāvāsyayor jñeyau jyotiścakrānuvartinau
Pada laluan langit di utara (vīthī), para Vyantara hendaklah difahami sebagai penguasa saat senja dan fajar pada hari purnama dan amāvāsyā; mereka bergerak selaras dengan roda berputar para benda bercahaya.
