भुवनकोशविन्यासनिर्णयः (ज्योतिर्गति-वृष्टिचक्र-वर्णनम्)

मौहूर्तिकी गतिर्ह्येषा भास्करस्य महात्मनः एतेन गतियोगेन यदा काष्ठां तु दक्षिणाम्

Transliteration

mauhūrtikī gatirhyeṣā bhāskarasya mahātmanaḥ etena gatiyogena yadā kāṣṭhāṃ tu dakṣiṇām

Translation

Inilah perjalanan menurut muhūrta bagi Surya yang berjiwa agung. Dengan kaedah gerak yang terukur ini, apabila baginda mencapai ‘kāṣṭhā’ di selatan, perhitungan waktu pun berjalan menurutnya, menyingkap hukum niyati yang menata dunia di bawah Pati (Śiva).
