Adhyaya 49: जम्बूद्वीप-मेर्वादि-वर्षपर्वत-वन-सरः-रुद्रक्षेत्र-वर्णनम्
वसन्ति देवा मुनयः सिद्धाश् च शिवभाविताः कृतवासाः सपत्नीकाः प्रसादात्परमेष्ठिनः
vasanti devā munayaḥ siddhāś ca śivabhāvitāḥ kṛtavāsāḥ sapatnīkāḥ prasādātparameṣṭhinaḥ
Dengan rahmat Tuhan Yang Maha Tinggi (Parameṣṭhin), para Deva, para Muni dan para Siddha—yang batinnya diserap oleh bhāva Śiva—bersemayam di sana, menetap bersama pasangan masing-masing.

It frames divine residence and spiritual attainment as the fruit of Śiva’s prasāda—implying that Linga-worship is ultimately meant to mature into Śiva-bhāvanā (Śiva-saturated awareness) rather than mere external ritual.
Śiva appears as Parameṣṭhin, the supreme Pati who grants grace; beings (pashus) become ‘śiva-bhāvitāḥ’ when their consciousness aligns with Him, indicating transformation through divine favor rather than bondage (pāśa).
The verse highlights inner Śiva-bhāvanā—central to Pāśupata-oriented discipline—where devotion and contemplative absorption in Śiva culminate in siddhi and nearness to the Lord through grace.
