मूलायामप्रमाणं तु विस्तारान् मूलतो गिरेः ऊचुर्विस्तारमस्यैव द्विगुणं मूलतो गिरेः

mūlāyāmapramāṇaṃ tu vistārān mūlato gireḥ ūcurvistāramasyaiva dviguṇaṃ mūlato gireḥ

Mereka menyatakan bahawa ukuran asas hendaklah diambil sebagai lebar dari kaki gunung; dan mereka juga menegaskan bahawa lebar binaan ini patut menjadi dua kali ganda ukuran itu pada dasar gunung. Dengan demikian, nisbah ditetapkan agar bentuk suci—layak bagi penetapan Śiva—berdiri teguh dalam kesimetrian yang dharmik.
