मृणालतन्तुभागैकशतभागे व्यवस्थितम् यमी यमविशुद्धात्मा नियम्यैवं हृदीश्वरम्

mṛṇālatantubhāgaikaśatabhāge vyavasthitam yamī yamaviśuddhātmā niyamyaivaṃ hṛdīśvaram

Dengan mengekang diri, yogin yang jiwanya disucikan oleh yama hendaklah mengawal demikian dan merenungkan Hṛdīśvara, Tuhan yang bersemayam di hati, seolah-olah berada dalam ruang sehalus satu per seratus daripada sehelai serabut tangkai teratai.
