FAQs

By giving a precise cosmic enumeration, the verse frames creation as an ordered manifestation under Pati (Shiva), preparing the devotee to approach the Linga as the stable axis beyond vast numerical expansion.

Though expressed as numbers, the intent is Shaiva: all measurable magnitudes belong to the manifested realm, while Shiva as Pati remains the transcendent ground that enables and contains such measures without being limited by them.

No specific puja-vidhi is stated; the takeaway aligns with Pashupata discipline—cultivating vairagya by contemplating the immensity of creation and turning the mind toward the Linga as the unbound reality beyond pasha (bondage).
