विनायकोत्पत्तिः / ताण्डव-प्रसङ्गः (दारुक-वधः, काली-उत्पत्तिः, क्षेत्रपालोत्पत्तिः)

भवतीं प्रार्थयाम्यद्य हिताय जगतां शुभे वधार्थं दारुकस्यास्य स्त्रीवध्यस्य वरानने

bhavatīṃ prārthayāmyadya hitāya jagatāṃ śubhe vadhārthaṃ dārukasyāsya strīvadhyasya varānane

Wahai Yang Mulia lagi membawa keberkatan, demi kesejahteraan segala alam aku memohon pada hari ini—wahai wanita berwajah indah—agar terlaksana pembunuhan Dāruka ini, yang ditakdirkan mati oleh tangan seorang wanita.
