शौण्डान्नं घाटिकान्नं च भिषजामन्नमेव च / विद्धप्रजननस्यान्नं परिवित्त्यन्नमेव च
śauṇḍānnaṃ ghāṭikānnaṃ ca bhiṣajāmannameva ca / viddhaprajananasyānnaṃ parivittyannameva ca
Makanan daripada pemabuk, daripada penjudi profesional, dan daripada tabib; demikian juga makanan orang yang melanggar tertib yang benar dalam perihal zuriat, serta makanan yang terkait dengan lelaki yang berkahwin sebelum abang sulungnya—semuanya hendaklah dianggap tidak layak dimakan.
