ब्रिह्महत्यासुरापाने स्तेयगुर्वङ्गनागमे / दृष्टं विशोधनं वृद्धैर्नास्ति मिथ्याभिशंसने
brihmahatyāsurāpāne steyagurvaṅganāgame / dṛṣṭaṃ viśodhanaṃ vṛddhairnāsti mithyābhiśaṃsane
Bagi dosa membunuh brahmana, meminum arak yang memabukkan, mencuri, dan mendekati isteri guru, para tua-tua telah mengakui adanya penebusan yang menyucikan. Namun bagi tuduhan palsu (fitnah), mereka tidak melihat sebarang penyucian demikian.
