एतद् रहस्यं वेदानां न देयं यस्य कस्य चित् / धार्मिकायैव दातव्यं भक्ताय ब्रह्मचारिणे

etad rahasyaṃ vedānāṃ na deyaṃ yasya kasya cit / dhārmikāyaiva dātavyaṃ bhaktāya brahmacāriṇe

Ajaran rahsia Veda ini tidak wajar diberikan kepada sesiapa sahaja. Ia hendaklah disampaikan hanya kepada orang yang berpegang pada dharma—yang berbhakti dan teguh dalam brahmacarya (disiplin suci).
