प्लक्षद्वीपादिषु ज्ञेयः शाकद्वीपान्तिकेषु वै / वर्णाश्रमविभागेन स्वधर्मो मुक्तये द्विजाः
plakṣadvīpādiṣu jñeyaḥ śākadvīpāntikeṣu vai / varṇāśramavibhāgena svadharmo muktaye dvijāḥ
Ketahuilah bahawa di wilayah seperti Plakṣa-dvīpa, dan juga di negeri-negeri yang bersempadan dengan Śāka-dvīpa, jalan pembebasan bagi kaum dwija ialah svadharma—tugas diri—sebagaimana ditetapkan menurut pembahagian varṇa dan āśrama yang wajar.
